Unable to Install DOORS 8.3 Client on WinXP 64-bit machine.

We utilize an electronic installation package that installs on all 32-bit clients in our global environment without fail. When it comes to one WinXP 64-bit client, we can't it to work. Is there a separate DOORS 8.3 client installation for 64-bit machines?
